The day i came back to Osaka, i left for Awaji Island in the evening with Dani by bus.
(Awaji-shima is a small Island of Hyougo prefecture. People usually know Kobe better, which is the main city of Hyougo.)
it's actually the hometown of my sitting partner, Masa, so i get to sleepover at his place! hehe.
It was very countryside but feels close to nature. The next photo is a view outside his house!
His mum made Japanese style dinner and breakfast for us too! although it didn't really match my taste (coz dinner was raw fish sushi, and my pickiness, can never eat everything anywhere) but i'm really thankful and happy ^^
we even did hanabi (fire crackers etc) outside the house at night, which they only do in summer (always wanted to do at the beach but never had the chance)
it was a nice home-stay experience (:
The next morning, we went to take a ship to see 鳴門海峡うず潮🌀
it is made up of waves of the opposite direction when clashing into each other. i should have taken video, it's kind of amazing, to have waves of different direction coming in the middle of the sea, and it's right below the bridge that leads to Awaji island. so it was quite a nice scene.
but it was a nice place. think it would be really beautiful at night, but didn't have the chance.
By the time we went back to Osaka, it was evening. did some of my homework but could never finish it.. next day was school, and the end of my short summer vacation.
